HubSpot Revenue Hub is HubSpot's quote-to-cash product: quotes, contracts, e-signatures, invoices, subscriptions and payments, all inside the CRM. It replaced Commerce Hub on 16 June 2026. In Australia, Revenue Hub Professional is A$135 per seat a month paid annually, and Enterprise is A$210, ex GST. There's also a free tier for invoices and payment links. Prices below were checked in October 2026; confirm current AUD rates with HubSpot before you buy.
What is HubSpot Revenue Hub?
Revenue Hub covers everything between a deal being agreed and the money landing in your account. Quotes are built from your product library, contracts and e-signatures sit on the same record, and invoices and subscriptions follow from the signed deal. A new contracts object ties it all together, so finance and sales are looking at the same thing.
If you were on Commerce Hub, you're already on Revenue Hub. HubSpot renamed the product and its seats, and existing billing and payment features carried across.
How much is each Revenue Hub tier in AUD?
Revenue Hub is priced per seat. The paid seat is called a Revenue Seat, and it's what someone needs to build quotes and use CPQ. There's no Starter tier.
| Tier | Per seat, per month, paid annually (ex GST) | Paid monthly | What it's for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | A$0 (up to 2 users) | A$0 | Invoices, payment links and subscriptions. No quoting |
| Professional | A$135 | A$150, annual commitment | Quotes and CPQ, contracts, 25 e-signatures per user a month, approvals, revenue reporting |
| Enterprise | A$210 | Annual only | Everything in Professional, plus quote rules, multi-step approvals and 50 e-signatures per user a month |
Prices are HubSpot's Australian prices as shown on its pricing page in October 2026, excluding GST.
What do you get at each tier?
- Free suits a business that wants to send invoices, payment links and recurring subscriptions from HubSpot without quoting in it.
- Professional adds quotes built from your product library, contracts, built-in e-signature, approval steps and revenue reporting. It includes 3,000 HubSpot Credits a month.
- Enterprise adds quote rules that enforce which products, prices and quantities can go together, approvals of up to five steps and more e-signatures. It includes 5,000 Credits a month.
Both paid tiers offer a 14-day free trial, so you can test quoting on real deals before you commit.
How do payments work in Australia?
HubSpot Payments, HubSpot's own processor, is only available in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Australian businesses take payments through Revenue Hub by connecting a Stripe account instead.
You pay Stripe's normal processing fees, and HubSpot adds a platform fee on each transaction. HubSpot's published pricing lists that fee at 0.75% for Stripe-processed payments. Check the current Australian rates in your portal before you model costs, especially if you invoice large amounts.
Do you need Sales Hub as well as Revenue Hub?
It depends on who's doing what. Sellers who manage deals, sequences and forecasts need Sales Hub seats. Anyone who builds quotes needs a Revenue Seat. Many sales teams need both, and HubSpot has offered discounted pricing when Sales Hub and Revenue Hub are bought together on annual terms. Ask HubSpot for the current Australian bundle price before you commit.
What does Revenue Hub cost for a typical team?
Take a B2B team with four people who build quotes and send contracts. On Professional, paid annually, that's four Revenue Seats.
| 4 Revenue Seats at A$135 | A$540 a month |
| Licences for the year, ex GST | A$6,480 |
| Stripe and HubSpot transaction fees | Depends on what you collect |
Paying monthly instead would be A$600 a month, or A$7,200 for the year. Neither figure includes Sales Hub seats, if your sellers need them, or the setup work that makes quoting reliable.
What needs to be in place before you switch Revenue Hub on?
Revenue Hub works from the data you already have, so gaps in your portal turn into gaps in your quotes and invoices. These tend to be the things worth sorting first.
- A product library that matches how you actually sell, with current prices.
- Deal records complete enough to build a quote from.
- Agreed discount and approval rules, written down.
- A settled mapping to your accounting system, such as Xero, before anything syncs.
- Deal stages with clear entry and exit criteria.
We help teams get this foundation right as part of HubSpot onboarding, and as ongoing optimisation for portals that have outgrown their original setup.
